We want you to be completely delighted with your Angel's Face purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all signature gold charms and tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our boutique team.
